My approach is simple, I use a scientific, evidence based practice. We assess your goals and what has and has not worked for you in the past, then build from there. The objective is to slowly building on small, attainable, measurable actions to create sustainable, long term habits that you can do consistently. As we go along we gather data on what is working and what is not, and we adjust accordingly. There is no one-size fits all, nor is there a “best” diet.
