Hello and Welcome! You are invited to sign up for a free, 4 week Nutrition and Healthy Habit Challenge. The challenge is limited to the first 10 people who sign up.
It’s About “Progress not Perfection”
The entire challenge will move along a continuum, each week is a progression. The primary focus is practice “skills” to develop them into “long-term habits”.
- We will start with some initial core practices; eating quality foods in the right amounts, hydration, exercise & mobility, sleep & recovery and self care… each having some rules & requirements
- Each week the rules / requirements of the core practices will get tweaked a bit, making things a little more challenging, while progressing along the continuum.
- In weeks 2 and 3, a new core practice will be added.
- In week 4 its time to bring everything we’ve been practicing together!
- At the end of each week, you will be asked to log on to the website and submit number of compliant days for each habit. You earn 1 point per practice each day.
- Once all the scores are in each week, I’ll post/update a leaderboard.
- Each week I will schedule one 15 minute check in with each participant to see how the previous week went, answer any questions about the the current weeks practicesand get feedback about how the challenge is going for you.
- I’m also available throughout the week if you have a question about something that comes up after our check in. You can post your question to the discussion board. You can also email or text me your question.
- At the end of the challenge, I would appreciate if you would answer a short survey about your experience so I can improve the challenge as well as my coaching skills.
